The screening of the candidates has been done prima facie on the basis of information furnished in their application form and with the supporting documents submitted by the candidates as per the requirement of the advertisement.

 The shortlisting of candidates for the Trade Test is Provisional and If at any stage of the recruitment process, it is found that the applicant has furnished any incorrect/false information or suppressed any material fact(s) or does not fulfil any of the conditions of the eligibility such as essential qualification, prescribed age limit, category/community etc., for the post of Technical Assistant notified vide CSIR-CFTRI advt. No. Rec 03/2025, the candidature is liable to be cancelled without any further notice i.e. even after appearing in the Test or Examination etc. Candidates are, therefore, advised to ensure themselves that they fulfil the conditions of eligibility of the posts and possess the caste certificates/PwBD/Exs Certificates, etc., wherever applicable, issued by the Competent Authority in the GoI format before appearing to the Trade Test. Further, if any of these shortcoming(s) is/are detected at subsequent stages and even after appointment in CSIR-CFTRI, his/her candidature/services are liable to be summarily rejected/terminated.

 While every care has been taken in preparing the results of screening process, however, CSIR-CFTRI reserves the right to rectify inadvertent error or typographical /printing mistakes, if any, at any stage.

 Representations, if any, of the candidates can be submitted only through the Recruitment Portal https://recruitment.cftri.res.in duly enclosing proof (maximum 3 files of 1 MB each in PDF format only can be uploaded) in support of his/her claim on or before 27.10.2025 (till 05:00 PM).

 The representation(s) received after stipulated period will not be entertained. Representation(s) submitted by email, telephone and other means will not be acceptable. The decision of the Competent Authority, CSIR-CFTRI on such representations will be final and binding in this regard.
